Apple Pie Smoothie

If you’re looking for a cool, refreshing smoothie, this one is definitely for you! 1 frozen banana 1/2 peeled chopped apple 1 cup apple juice 1/2 tsp cinnamon Pinch of nutmeg Blend in a blender.  Control how thick this is by varying the amount of apple, so add it gradually.
