Breakfast Burritos

Sick of the same, boring thing for breakfast every morning? Why not get creative with breakfast burritos!

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 gluten free wrap
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1/2 tomato, diced

Method
 

  1. Whisk the eggs and cook them until they are "scambled".
  2. While the eggs are cooking, place the wrap on a plate and add the ingredients you want – you can go nuts here, adding fresh baby spinach, tomato, avocado, lettuce, and the list goes on!
  3. Once the eggs are cooked, add them to the wrap and roll them up into a burrito and enjoy!
