Day 16 of R3 – my progress
It has been a few days since my last post, but I do have some very good news! I did my weigh-in on Monday, and here are the results: 1.2kg/2.6lbs lost9.75cm/3.75inches lost I didn't have a lot to lose, however I had some fat stores which bothered me somewhat, and they have begun to decrease. It’s day 5 and I feel fabulous!
We are getting to the pointy end of week 1 and I have to say I really do feel fabulous! The muscle awareness is almost non existent (although it is there), and emotionally, I just feel so happy and energised! Today is day 4 and I'm feeling some muscle awareness from my workout on Tuesday, that's for sure! The good news is that it's not as severe as it used to be, after a good workout, and I believe that is thanks to the Access bar I ate 15 minutes before my workout.
