Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas, chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries I prefer mixed berries
  • 1 scoop Juice Plus Vanilla Complete powder Other brands will do – I just prefer Complete because it's extra yummy and healthy!
  • 1 cup plain coconut yogurt
  • water as needed

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Add cold water as needed, for your desired consistency.
