By now you’ve probably worked out that eating clean, whole foods is the way to go, but sometimes this means sacrificing healthy foods for flavour. But not with this recipe!

Chicken breast with mango salsa
Ingredients
- 1 mango – diced
- 1 cup pineapple – diced
- 1 handful coriander/cilantro, diced
- 1 tbsp lime juice increase or decrease the quantity to your liking
- 1 tsp chili powder increase or decrease the quantity to your liking
Instructions
- Grill the chicken.
- While the chicken is grilling, combine all other ingredients, adjusting quantities to suit your taste.
- Once cooked, place the chicken breast on a plate and top with the salsa.
- Serve with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Diced mango
- Diced pineapple
- Cilantro/Coriander
- Lime juice
- Chili powder
Combine it all and use it to top a piece of grilled chicken breast and ENJOY!
