
By now you’ve probably worked out that eating clean, whole foods is the way to go, but sometimes this means sacrificing healthy foods for flavour. But not with this recipe!

- Grill the chicken.
- While the chicken is grilling, combine all other ingredients, adjusting quantities to suit your taste.
- Once cooked, place the chicken breast on a plate and top with the salsa.
- Serve with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Diced mango
- Diced pineapple
- Cilantro/Coriander
- Lime juice
- Chili powder
Combine it all and use it to top a piece of grilled chicken breast and ENJOY!
