Chicken breast with mango salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 1 mango - diced
  • 1 cup pineapple - diced
  • 1 handful coriander/cilantro, diced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice increase or decrease the quantity to your liking
  • 1 tsp chili powder increase or decrease the quantity to your liking

Method
 

  1. Grill the chicken.
  2. While the chicken is grilling, combine all other ingredients, adjusting quantities to suit your taste.
  3. Once cooked, place the chicken breast on a plate and top with the salsa.
  4. Serve with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
