How to lose tummy fat

Do you have a horrible, wobbly tummy?  Do you feel self conscious about your tummy?

How would it make you feel if you were told that you can start to lose tummy fat starting today?  What if you were told that it wasn’t hard hard to lose your tummy fat either?

Imagine how you will feel next summer while you parade around in your bikini with no tummy fat to be seen!  You will be able to wear whatever you want, you will finally feel comfortable in your own skin and you will look fabulous!

I’ve been researching weight loss programs for a while now and I have finally found two great programs that not only help you to lose belly fat, but they will help you to lose weight all over.  You will look toned and fit and you will feel great!  I am four weeks into one of them and I feel fantastic!  Not only that but I’ve lost over 4 pounds!

Both programs work on the same principles:

1.  You must eat regularly to keep your metabolism up.  Breakfast is a MUST!

2.  You need to include protein, fruits, vegetables and complex carbs in your diet.

3.  Exercising no longer involves hours at the gym, several times a week!  In fact, you should only be exercising for 15-30 minutes at a time, max!

4.  You should start seeing results pretty quickly (if you stick to the program).

5.  “Bad” food is allowed on occasion (yay!).

For us women who really suck at staying motivated, online support is available via a weight loss “club”.

I have watched many women try and fail to lose weight so many times over many years, and I have worked with women with self confidence problems which is compounded by their weight.

The problem with many women is that life kind of “gets in the way” with work and family etc when it comes to losing weight, but I believe that women really need to know that by not looking after themselves, they’re letting everyone else down.
