It’s time for me to get ready for summer!

It’s been a while since I last posted and a LOT has been going on for me, from major depression to an almost full recovery!

So as part of my recovery, I’ve decided to sign up at ClubFYM which of course is part of the Fit Yummy Mummy fat loss program.

What wasn’t part of the club that is now, is the Workout of the Month (well, I’m sure it wasn’t there before). So on top of the workouts provided with the Fit Yummy Mummy program, you also get a new workout every single month – with videos AND a PDF which you can take in your gym bag if you prefer to work out at the gym!

One of the many reasons why I give up on a workout routine is because it gets boring. NOT anymore though! I think these workouts are well and truly going to keep me amused! 😉

So tonight I’m about to do Workout of the Month (WOM) B for the second time, so we’ll see how I go with this – I kind of struggled with this workout because I have zero coordination, but I’m hoping tonight will be better! 😉
