Breakfast burrito

Ingredients
  

  • 1 gluten free wrap
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1/2 tomato, diced

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the eggs and cook them until they are "scambled".
  • While the eggs are cooking, place the wrap on a plate and add the ingredients you want - you can go nuts here, adding fresh baby spinach, tomato, avocado, lettuce, and the list goes on!
  • Once the eggs are cooked, add them to the wrap and roll them up into a burrito and enjoy!
