Oooo boy! I’m not doing too good! :-\

So I started off with all the best intentions, but lo and behold, I still don’t have my car back, and I guess I’m using that as an excuse to not work out three times a week. That’s because it means I’m leaving home not long after the sun rises, and arriving home well after it sets – I’m just so tired!

Three more weeks of waiting however, and I will have NO excuses whatsoever.

In the meantime, I guess I have to ensure I’m eating as clean as possible… and lately I’ve not been great at that either. Again, I’m using my car as my excuse – I can’t just pop out to the shop to grab what I need, when I want it, because if my other half is out, I’m stuck at home!

Today I’ll start workout out meal plans for the week, so that we have something decent and healthy to put in our tummies each night – plus I want to take my lunch with me each day.

If I get my diet right now, then it’s just the working out part that I need to add in.

I can do this!!!!!
