Today is day 4 and I’m feeling some muscle awareness from my workout on Tuesday, that’s for sure! The good news is that it’s not as severe as it used to be, after a good workout, and I believe that is thanks to the Access bar I ate 15 minutes before my workout.
These bars do something to your body which helps your body to burn more fat, and it also helps to reduce muscle soreness, so I guess they work!
Anywho, here’s how my day is going to look today:
Breakfast
Bacon and eggs (I’m so predictable)
Snack
Cheese stick
Coconut yogurt with mango in it (this is the same one I’ve been eating all week – it has a mango swirl, which is the only fruit I’m allowed this week)
Pre-workout
1 Access bar for faster fat burning and less soreness
Workout
1 500ml glass of Sustain (to replace any electrolytes lost)
Lunch
I have no idea! Maybe similar to yesterday – the egg/cheese thing and salad
Snack
Chocolate protein shake
Pre-dinner
Glass of Fibrewise to get things “flowing”
Dinner
I’m thinking of a protein such as chicken, which I will marinate in some way, with some steamed broccoli on the side
