3 weeks down and 1.7kg lost!

Yes you read that right – 3 weeks down and 1.7kg (or 3.75 lbs for my US counterparts) lost!

I didn’t have a hell of a lot to lose, so I’m not expecting to lose more than 0.5kg or 1lb per week, and so far I’m on track!
