It's day 5 and I've only done one lot of intervals and one lot of training so far. I have lost 4.4 pounds!
Amazing! And it only took 3 weeks! It's funny though, because I only weighed myself the other day and my weight hadn't changed much at all. I wasn't worried because I know I'm building muscle too - and I'm not overweight to start with! So I hopped on the scales and couldn't believe what I saw.
