Easy protein popsicles

Do you have a sweet tooth and do you like ice cream??

If so, this recipe will definitely be for you!

Chocolate Flavour

1 Cup of almond or coconut milk (or a mixture of both)

2 scoops of chocolate protein powder – click HERE to order some of this!

2 Tablespoons of PB2 (I’ve never seen this in Australia but it is kind of like a peanut butter with coco powder added – I suppose you could try making it without this?)

1 teaspoon cacao powder (optional)

Blend it all together, then freeze in popsicle thingies!

Makes 4 popsicles


Pina Colada Flavour (YUMMMM!!!!!) I am sooo going to make this one!!

1 cup Coconut milk
2 Scoops Vanilla Protein – Click HERE to order
1/2 Banana
1/4 cup pineapple

And again blend it all together, freeze and voila!

This makes me wish that here in Australia we were heading towards summer instead of winter…! 🙂
