Protein pancakes

Course: Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • vanilla extract and cinnamon to taste
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup Make sure it's 100% pure

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until it forms a batter.
  2. Cook in the frypan as you would a regular pancake.
  3. Serve with fresh berries and 100% maple syrup
