Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop Juice Plus Complete protein powder Other brands will do, but I prefer Complete because it's packed with lots of yummy nutrients!
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 tsp coconut extract
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 5 ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Enjoy!
