Chocolate protein balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 scoops Dutch Chocolate Complete protein powder You can use other protein powders, but I like the Complete because it's vegan and is packed full of healthy ingredients, including alfalfa, radish and broccoli sprouts
  • 2 dessert spoons Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 dessert spoons 100% natural peanut butter You can use other 100% nut butters if you wish
  • Coconut to coat

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients apart from coconut in a bowl.
  • Roll into balls.
  • Roll each ball in coconut
  • Refrigerate until you're ready to eat them!
