Protein Pancakes for one

Healthy pancakes, full of protein!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 organic free range eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder or Juice Plus+ Complete
  • 1 handful mixed berries or chopped strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Add eggs, banana and protein powder to a blender or bullet and blend
  • Start heating pan to medium heat
  • Pour mixture into the pan, to make individual pancakes
  • Watch carefully as these burn quickly!
  • Once one side is cooked, turn the pancakes and cook the other side
  • Place all pancakes on a plate and top with fresh berries and a small amount of pure maple syrup
