Protein Pancakes for one
Healthy pancakes, full of protein!
- 2 organic free range eggs
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop protein powder or Juice Plus+ Complete
- 1 handful mixed berries or chopped strawberries
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
Add eggs, banana and protein powder to a blender or bullet and blend
Start heating pan to medium heat
Pour mixture into the pan, to make individual pancakes
Watch carefully as these burn quickly!
Once one side is cooked, turn the pancakes and cook the other side
Place all pancakes on a plate and top with fresh berries and a small amount of pure maple syrup
