Wow! I’m in week 5 already! It is so hard to believe! I feel great, I have lost some weight and I am starting to look different.
Today I was really looking forward to my resistance training because it meant that I was going to start another 4 weeks of new exercises and they were great!
I particularly loved the exercises that used my arms. My arms have always been really skinny and shapeless. But now, after completing only 4 weeks, the “bat wings” that were beginning to form are almost gone, and they are starting to get a really nice shape. I am absolutely thrilled!!!
The food situation is still going great. In fact, I feel like I’ve not really had to change much at all (probably because I haven’t!). The only difference now is that I am making a conscious effort to eat every 3 hours or so. The actual food that I eat isn’t much different, although smoothies and breakfast burritos (YUM) have taken a regular place in my diet routine.
I still struggle on occasion through the week to get my exercises in, but on the weekend I make sure I get them done! I think I need to buy a skipping rope too – while it’s doing the job jumping around “pretending” I have the rope, I don’t think it’s as fun!
I am really enjoying the program and would recommend it to ANYONE who wants to lose weight quickly (or even slowly, but who wants to do that??).
