I am two thirds of the way through the Fit Yummy Mummy Transformation Challenge and I feel fantastic!
I’ve had to change my routine a little because I found that exercising in the afternoon just wasn’t working for me. Instead I am getting up at 4.30am to do my exercise and it’s working very nicely.
In fact, being up at that time of morning is quite pleasant, and I get through the rest of the day feeling full of energy and I also feel emotionally better because I know I am doing something good for myself!
If you’ve not yet looked at the Fit Yummy Mummy program, I definitely suggest you should – it’s a wonderful program and well worth looking into.
