Michelle, your Nutrition & Fabulous Body Coach

For a life coach, I’ve not been setting a good example for this transformation thing I want to do, but that is all going to change.

I’m yet to meet anyone who hasn’t “fallen off the wagon” at least once before they finally achieve success in weight loss, and I’m obviously no exception! ๐Ÿ™‚

Now, my life is about to take an amazing turn for the better and that means I will have no excuses whatsoever and will put my health and fitness first!

So stay tuned – by May, things are going to be very different around here….!

    Congratulations on your new book Carla. I think anything that will help a person struggling with their weight to know they are not alone is a good thing, so keep up the good work!
