Ok, this is probably going to be more of a quick trip rather than a “journey” as such because I am not overweight and I am certainly not “fat”. I do have a very unattractive “baby fat roll” around my middle though. Having such a roll was easy to lose when I had my eldest daughter on my 26th birthday, but after subsequently giving birth to my younger daughter 9 years later, things are taking a LOT longer to spring back into place, thanks to mother nature. “Spring” probably isn’t the word for it either. It’s probably more like a gradual shrinkage…!
Anyway, today I took care with what I ate, although I hadn’t done any shopping so had to make do with what I had.
Here’s my menu for tomorrow:
Breakfast: Either a banana smoothie or oatmeal (for us Aussies, that’s porridge!)
Morning tea: 1 hard boiled egg and a mandarin/orange
Lunch: Chicken and avocado wrap with tomato
Afternoon tea: 1 slice of toast with honey
Dinner: Steak with vegies or salad
After dinner: Probably a protein drink or something similar (we’re out of protein so I have to improvise!)
I have NO idea how I’m going to fit all of this in – it’s way too much for me, and I rarely eat between lunch and dinner. I am following the program though, and it says you must eat this often to maintain a high metabolism. Hmmm..!
As for my statistics, I have no idea what they are, although I know I weigh around 127 pounds and I’m 5 foot 7 inches tall. So as I said, I’m NOT overweight, although I do have a small frame, which is probably why my muffin top (belly roll that hangs over my jeans) is sooo unattractive!
I think I’ll lose just enough to stop the roll sagging over the top of my jeans and I’ll be happy!
