My measurements

I finally got around to doing my measurements, so I thought I’d post them here to keep me accountable.  Also, the scales aren’t a real indication of fat loss so I’ll be providing my chest, waist and hip measurements too.  Wish I had a thingy to measure my body fat percentage!

Ok, so here they are:

Weight:  58kg/127 pounds

Chest:  91cm/36 inches

Waist:  76cm/30 inches

Hips:  96cm/38 inches

So as you can see, I’m not exactly huge – in fact, many people call me skinny, but I do actually have love handles, so that tells me I need less fat and more muscle!!
