Michelle’s fitness improvement plan starts soon!

ExerciseShoesOk ok I didn’t start my workouts like I said I would yesterday, but I’m sitting here on my couch right now, dressed in my workout gear, waiting for my lunch to go down.

To make sure I do this, I’ve promised my daughter that she can work out with me (she’s 7), and then afterwards we’re going to hop in the hot tub! Now THAT’s incentive!

Today’s exercises consist of:

  • Squats/Y’s (get the Fit Yummy Mummy program to see what these are)
  • Hip bridge/Kneeling assisted pushups
  • Bird Dogs/Plank

I’m starting on some easy stuff today, so I’m not too sore to work out again in two more days. ๐Ÿ™‚
