We are getting to the pointy end of week 1 and I have to say I really do feel fabulous! The muscle awareness is almost non existent (although it is there), and emotionally, I just feel so happy and energised! I’m thinking this might be because I know I’m doing a really great thing for my body, and because I’ve been detoxing my home as well, buying toxic free products for my home and body from my shopping club.

Anywho, here’s how my day is looking:

Coconut mango yogurt

Cheesy egg omelette maybe
Salad

Pre-dinner
Fibrewise – this stuff works – I think I’ve lost several kilos from drinking this stuff alone!
Dinner
I’m thinking either lamb chops, beef or chicken with steamed broccoli and cauliflower is on the cards tonight! And I might even make a creamy mushroom sauce to go with it (or I’ll get husband to do it!)!
No workouts today as I will only work out for 30 minutes minimum, 3 days per week. Tomorrow I’ll definitely complete a workout and that will be my third for the week!

I have a bit of a confession to make. Today we cheated a little. First, we had Nando’s for lunch and although the chicken was ok, we also had chips, and they’re not so ok! But… I didn’t have too many.
Then tonight a neighbour came over, and next minute I’m drinking a low carb beer. We’ve since been invited over to their house tomorrow where I will likely drink a couple of beers. I’ve also sourced some keto-friendly crackers to have as a snack which I will be taking over with me.
One thing to remember with any good, effective weight loss program is that if you’re sticking to it at least 80% of the time, then you’re on the right track. ๐
