I must be getting fitter because I was doing intervals as follows:
30 seconds high intensity/2 minutes low intensity
Now I’m doing:
30 seconds high intensity/1.5 minutes low intensity
Soon I will start doing 30 seconds high intensity/1 minute low intensity, then will work up to 1 minute of each.
I am feeling so energetic these days. I can’t believe I’ve only been doing the Fit Yummy Mummy weight loss program for 3 weeks. I’m looking forward to week 5 because that’s when my resistance exercises change, so I think sore muscles are on the cards for then!
