Amazing! And it only took 3 weeks!
It’s funny though, because I only weighed myself the other day and my weight hadn’t changed much at all. I wasn’t worried because I know I’m building muscle too – and I’m not overweight to start with!
So I hopped on the scales and couldn’t believe what I saw. I had to hop off then on again three times to be sure!
How do I feel these days? GREAT! It’s a public holiday here in Australia and I am itching to get to the gym! I absolutely love exercising these days and I am loving the new foods I am eating – things I wouldn’t have thought to eat before. I have so much energy and a great sense of wellbeing. Life is wonderful!
