I ate too much chocolate!

Michelle, your Nutrition & Fabulous Body Coach
April 12, 2009

I last posted in the weight loss diary of this site almost a couple of weeks ago and was saying how my life was about to take an amazing turn which would allow me to put my health and fitness first!

That amazing turn has not yet happened, although I am another step closer, and yes, I ate too much this weekend like just about everyone else!

Personally, I don’t think anyone should deprive themselves of chocolate at this time of year, do you? ๐Ÿ˜‰ Although you should not go overboard.

What I do, is only go and grab a couple of chocolates and go and sit down. I NEVER, EVER take the whole packet or container over to where I am sitting.

That is a recipe for disaster! Having to get back up if I want more is kind of like a deterrent and I am forced to think about whether I really want that extra chocolate or not!

Try it and see how you go and I will be updating soon when I start my own personal challenge! Woo hoo!

Just so you know, I will be starting on the Fit Yummy Mummy program because it is definitely the best of all of the programs I have seen.

When I followed the program for a short time last year I had amazing results, and I’ve seen the even more amazing results achieved by other women. If you’ve not taken a look at this program and you need to lose fat (most of us do – believe me!), then check out the Fit Yummy Mummy program now.
