How to improve your health and lose weight

jp1Not long ago, I noticed a family member was posting all over Facebook about this new product he was using, and the positive changes he was experiencing.

He was sleeping better, his mental health had improved, he had loads more energy, and the list goes on! He was literally a new person!

I’ve never really taken supplements except maybe for some protein pre/post workout. Other than that, I never really saw the need to take them.

But my partner and I had just started talking about improving our health, including improving our diet, and this program my family member was a part of, provided recipes and meal plans – exactly what I wanted!

So I decided to give the product a go. Why not? If it did nothing, so what? But if it improved my health, then yay!

My “magic beans” arrived five days ago, and since then, the following has happened:

  • I’ve lost a kilo (this wasn’t my goal, but hey, I’m happy!)
  • I’m sleeping better
  • My allergy symptoms (sneezing, sniffling, runny nose etc) have all but stopped
  • I have LOADS more energy – my man and I can’t believe it!
  • I no longer need those energy drinks I have each day for the caffeine (what the?!)
  • I am drinking more water
