Omelettes are my new best friend. I wasn’t very well organised for lunch today, so I improvised! I also feel really great, and I am really impressed with the drinks and bars etc I have bought from my online shopping club to support me on this weight loss journey! I have a friend who told me she had to stop eating the bars because she was “losing too much weight”. What the?! Good to know!
Ok, so here’s today’s meal plan:
Breakfast
Bacon and eggs (again)
Snack
Chocolate protein shake
Lunch
Cheesy (one egg with some cheese – yummo) omelette with a mixed leaf, 1/4 avocado, cherry tomato (2), sunflower and pepita seeds, and balsamic vinegar salad
Snack
Cheese stick
Coconut yogurt with mango swirl
Pre-Dinner
1 glass of Fibrewise
Dinner
Something with minced beef in it – to be decided – I’m thinking a stirfry with lots of vegetables!
Day 2 workout…
I completed my workout yesterday too, which consisted of 15 minutes of strength training, followed by 15 minutes of walk/jog intervals.
