Chocolate protein balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 scoops Dutch Chocolate Complete protein powder You can use other protein powders, but I like the Complete because it's vegan and is packed full of healthy ingredients, including alfalfa, radish and broccoli sprouts
- 2 dessert spoons Greek yogurt
- 1.5 dessert spoons 100% natural peanut butter You can use other 100% nut butters if you wish
- Coconut to coat
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients apart from coconut in a bowl.
- Roll into balls.
- Roll each ball in coconut
- Refrigerate until you're ready to eat them!
