Apple, yogurt and walnuts

I sometimes struggle to come up with some healthy but also yummy snack ideas to eat throughout the day, but the recipe below is simple and quick, and I love it!

Apple, yogurt and walnuts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple
  • 1 small tub yogurt
  • 2 tbsp crushed walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Chop up the apple and place it in a bowl.
  • Top with yogurt and walnuts
  • Enjoy!
