A few weeks ago I saw an advertisement for Yoga Burn, and given I’d been told some time ago that I needed to do Yoga to “get out of my head”, I decided to purchase it!
So… what do I think so far?
Today I completed the “Beginner Flow”, which takes you through various basic moves, but the video was really easy to follow and I had no trouble keeping up.
Later this week I will complete the first “Phase 1” workout (there are 3 in total), and we shall see how I’m feeling after that!
I’m pretty happy with my purchase so far, and look forward to the more complex exercises. I will also track my weight to see if I actually lose anything as many reviews have claimed – that’ll be a nice bonus, so stay tuned! Check out Yoga Burn and comment to let me know what you think!
