Why not try an apple with peanut butter? It sounds weird but it tastes sooooo good!
Apples with your favourite nut butter
Ingredients
- 1 apple, cored and sliced into four rings see picture
- 2 tbsp your favourite 100% nut butter I prefer peanut butter but you can substitute for any other 100% nut butter
Instructions
- Spread the nut butter onto two of the apple rings.
- Put rings together like a "sandwich"
- Enjoy!
