I did week 1, workout B yesterday of the Fit Yummy Mummy fat loss program and although I felt great, when I was doing intervals I think I may have slightly pulled a calf muscle.
But that’s not going to stop me of course! I will just be sure to stretch that muscle before my next workout tomorrow, and be careful when doing intervals.
I don’t seem to be feeling as sore this time around – probably because my body is getting used to using those muscles!
I have also learned through Club Fit Yummy Mummy about the importance of core strength, and have been focusing on making sure I do my core strength exercises properly.
Yay me!
