I can’t believe I’m up to day 9 already! I decided last Tuesday to compete in the triathlon and here I am a week later, and STILL feeling motivated (surprise surprise!).
I decided to do my 2.5km run in intervals, rather than trying what I know I’m not yet capable of – running the entire way! haha!
So I did one minute of walking, followed by 30 seconds of running and I did ok – I even finished off with a sprint up some stairs – a huge accomplishment!
I’m still yet to get Jason to take some pickies of me so might do that this Sunday… might weigh myself too!
