New Year Transformation Challenge

So many people want to lose weight but they don’t know how to do it right, although we all know that we must eat right and exercise.

But we have nobody on hand we can ask questions of. Can I eat this? Can I eat that? Will this exercise help me? Am I doing to little or too much?

It is no wonder so many people struggle with their weight.

It is also difficult to maintain your motivation too. How many times have you started something but never finished it? I know I’m the queen of doing that!

Today I joined the Fit Yummy Mummy New Year Transformation Challenge.
