When you obsess about “bad” foods, you tend to crave them even more than before — and you eventually end up eating even more of them.
(That’s annoying.)
To overcome this frustrating cycle, why not, focus on ADDITION, rather than subtraction?
This may seem counter intuitive at first, but why not try this:
- Add nutrient-rich veggies and lean protein foods
- Intentionally enjoy foods you love, in moderation
What this means is that you’ll have fewer cravings and more satisfaction! Not only that but you’ll be filling up on foods which help your body to stay healthy, so you won’t need to eat so much of the treats that you enjoy!
