This COVID thing has had a great impact on my waistline. Not because I’ve been eating too much, but because I’ve not been moving enough! So I’ve made the decision to do something about it!
I am a member of a wellness shopping club and they have provided me with a weight loss program which I actually think I’ll be able to stick to! It’s not restrictive, so no apples and water as the picture in this post suggests – Yay!
One of the first things I need to do before I start this program is to prepare, so I’ve started the process of removing toxic chemicals from my home (toxins in our home mean we will have toxins in our bodies, and toxins in our bodies mean more fat is produced by our bodies to dilute these toxins in order to protect us from those toxins!).
So… I’ve started removing cleaning products and foods which are not supportive of my plan. Next, I will need to purchase a few products from the shopping club, to support my quest to get back to my pre-COVID body!
Don’t get me wrong, I haven’t put on a lot of weight, but I HAVE built a bit of a tummy podge! And I want it GONE!
I plan to start this in about two weeks because we have a few family celebrations happening, plus I need to wait for my supportive products to arrive.
