Hi!  My name is Michelle and I am a Life Coach, specialising in Health &  Wellness.

I am not "overweight" as such, however I desperately need to do some toning!  Research tells me that if you need to tone, then you’re carrying too much fat, so I suppose that would be me!

My husband is soon to become a qualified personal trainer, and I plan on posting the details of my fat loss journey on my Blog (click on the Blog link above!).   You will see first-hand the exercises he gets me to do and I will team this with the details of what I eat each day so you can see how weight loss can happen.

I have worked with overweight clients who struggle every day with their weight, so I understand how difficult it can be to lose weight. I also understand that being overweight is not just about the food. 

After completing years of research I have learned that so many people go about losing weight the hard way but it doesn’t have to be that way!

Again, weight loss doesn’t have to be hard, but it does require commitment.  If you’re prepared to commit to your weight loss goal, then you will achieve your weight loss goal in much less time than you ever thought possible!
