I love intervals, partly because I can’t maintain my speed for long periods of time – I’ve never been the “sporty” type, and why I love them most of all is because they help me to lose weight quicker – and they’re short!
So what are intervals?
Intervals are a cardio workout where you alternate high intensity periods of exercise where you go as hard as you can, with lower intensity periods of exercise so you can catch your breath!
An interval workout will generally only last 10 to 15 minutes, three times a week and teamed with regular resistance training is all you need to shed more fat and inches as you reach your goal weight.
