Today’s weight loss tip

If you want to lose weight, there’s one important thing you must do, and that’s to eat every 3 – 4 hours from when you get up to when you go to bed.

The first meal of the day is definitely the most important, so make sure you have a decent, healthy breakfast.  After that if you commit to eating every 3 hours or so, your metabolism will love you so you can continue to lose weight!
