2. How will you deal with them?
3. What is the first action you will take?
4. How will you do it?
5. When will you do it?
6. What other people do you need to help you?
7. How will you get this support?
8. What is the next step?
9. What will you do if you start to feel you can’t achieve your weight loss?
This list is by no means exhaustive, but is a start. Brainstorm to think of other questions or potential obstacles you might uncover along the way.
