In 2007 I injured my back, slipping a disc. It was the most painful experience of my life! So since then, I have realised that I need to focus on building my core strength, and what I’ve learned after watching this video, is that not only am I strengthening my core, but by incorporating the following exercises into my workout regime, I can achieve a flat tummy too!
But remember, you have to eat right too! So no cheating!
