There’s nothing like starting off your day with a fix of pancakes with fresh berries and maple syrup!
Protein Pancakes for one
Healthy pancakes, full of protein!
Ingredients
- 2 organic free range eggs
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop protein powder or Juice Plus+ Complete
- 1 handful mixed berries or chopped strawberries
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Add eggs, banana and protein powder to a blender or bullet and blend
- Start heating pan to medium heat
- Pour mixture into the pan, to make individual pancakes
- Watch carefully as these burn quickly!
- Once one side is cooked, turn the pancakes and cook the other side
- Place all pancakes on a plate and top with fresh berries and a small amount of pure maple syrup
