Breakfast burrito
Ingredients
- 1 gluten free wrap
- 2 eggs
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1/2 tomato, diced
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs and cook them until they are "scambled".
- While the eggs are cooking, place the wrap on a plate and add the ingredients you want – you can go nuts here, adding fresh baby spinach, tomato, avocado, lettuce, and the list goes on!
- Once the eggs are cooked, add them to the wrap and roll them up into a burrito and enjoy!
