Meal planning is key

As I continue on my 8 week shred, I need to make sure I plan, and Sunday nights are the best time (for me) to kick my week off to a good start!

Here’s what my Monday is going to look like:

Breakfast: Overnight oats with banana, plus my Juice Plus+ fruit and berry capsules.

Snack: Hard boiled egg and some grapes

Lunch: Rice paper rolls with chicken

Dinner: Healthy meatloaf with steamed vegetables with my Juice Plus+ vegetable capsules.

It’s often recommended to have a snack between lunch and dinner, however I’m one of those weird people who can eat all morning, but once I’ve had lunch, I really don’t need to eat again until dinner. My portion size at dinner is also quite small.

So there you have it!
