No timer needed workout

Looking for an easy post-Christmas workout to work off what you’ve put in over the break?

This one is a beauty, and is sure to create some “muscle awareness”!

Set your stop watch and complete 6 repetitions of the following exercises as quickly as you can.

10 burpees
50 high knee skips
10 squats
10 situps with your legs straight out in front of you, and flat on the floor.

Repeat 5 more times!

Once you’ve finished, check your time and see how you’ve done!

Over time you will see an improvement!
