How past life trauma can affect your weight

Since becoming an Energy Practitioner and more recently a Soul Realignment Practitioner, it’s become abundantly clear that many of the “problems” we’re experiencing in this lifetime will likely have originated from past life blocks and restrictions!

A common theme I’ve seen is a person who’s experienced famine several lives ago. In this life they are led to gorge their food, because on some subconscious level, they believe that their food supply is limted and will soon run out.

This subconscious pattern causes the person to make unconscious choices based on this lack of food, and they often find themselves bingeing on food, “just in case”.

How do we find out what happened in the past life?

When you book your Soul Realignment for Weight Loss reading with me, I connect to your Akashic Records and I review your Soul’s history. This research includes past life choices which have created blocks and restrictions which are forming patterns of choice in this life.

I am basically able to work out what choices you made in that lifetime which are now playing out now. So if you’re prone to overeating, I will conduct my research to find out why. Or it could just be that you struggle to lose weight, even though you may be making good food choices. In this case I may find that there is something going on energetically for you which is causing your body to hold onto this weight.

How do we clear this?

I will conduct an energetic clearing within your Akashic Records, plus there will be some “homework” assigned to you. This includes a one-two page sheet of paper which you will need to read, along with some new choices to make to break the old patterns.

These new choices are the key to breaking the negative patterns, once and for all!
