Intervals can also be done while walking, and you can still incorporate intervals, by walking briskly for a minute or so, and at your regular pace for another minute, and so on.

I suppose the point is that if you do intervals properly, then you don&#039;t have to go walking for an hour to burn fat, or even half an hour.  15 minutes is all you need.</description>
